Yes, but first let me wish everyone, beginning with Craig, Happy Holidays and a fabulous New Year 2009!!! I met Craig this year, and consider it a lucky moment the day I decided to go check out Pollen on Colorado Boulevard.
My experience in the shop has always been excellent - fun, friendly, informative and interesting. For the shopaholic in me there's always something new to look at & explore on the shelves. (lol)

Anyway, now that I've said that I have something not so positive to mention.
The last time I was at the shop/studio it was so loud next door, seeping through the walls...I could barely stand it!!! Flowers, botanicals, and candles is not an environment for loud, staccato, intrusive sound as seemed to be reverberating from next door. I could barely stand it, I don't know how Craig & Hon put up with it. I can't imagine this is what Craig wants a customer to experience when they visit his design studio. Whoever is responsible for getting that stopped - should just do it.
Well, that's it, I'll climb down off the soapbox.

I just want to publicly declare that i adore Craig and his creative genius..not to mention his down to earth manner. (see what I did there? down to earth, flowers, get it!?!?) Bye, B
